RIP OFF - Unauthorized charges to my credit card after cancelling and still sending shipments

I cancelled this 3 days after I received the trial I think it was October, then in November they sent 1st shipment and I sent it back to "Return to Sender". They charged my credit card $59.95. I called and they said it would take 30 days for the refund when they received the package back. As of February 1st no refund. Then on February 19th there are Intl Fee charges of $1.20, WU YI Tea $59.95,2/20 Membership charge $9.95 and another Intl Fee $0.20. I've called and get no help in this matter. They did refund the $59.95 for November but will not refund the other charges until I pay to shipment their mistake back and they will not refund my money for shipping it back.

I just want to get rid of these people. They are a RIP OFF.
