Fraudulent practices

I ordered Lipozene for a friend for a Christmas present. The person who handled my order assured me I had 30 days to make certain there would be no additional shipments. On Monday, December 17, I contacted the company to verify that I was cancelling further shipments and was informed that my account had been marked. On Sunday and Monday, February 17-18, someone hacked into my credit card account and in the process of working with the credit card company, I discovered a new shipment had been sent. I thought at first that this was part of the charges made by the hacker, but today, February 19, I was informed by the Customer Service representative at Lipozene that the shipment was automatic based on the fact that my account had no notes about cancelling future shipments and that my 30 days had long since expired. She also informed me whether or not I refuse the shipment once it arrives, the charge is non-refundable and that it doesn't matter if my credit card company has deducted the amount from what I owe them, they will not "refund" any money and I will have to pay for a product I neither ordered nor want. And, since I didn't have the name of the individual with whom I spoke back in December and who cancelled future shipments, she said I was lying, that I had not called, and therefore I was out of luck. This is nothing more than a scam. Beyond the facts that the product does not deliver on its guarantee, and the so-called Obesity Research Institute who conducted the "double-blind test" is a part of the company, hardly an objective source, the company gets you to order with a special deal and gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee during which time you can cancel, but in the meantime you don't get the product for 5 to 6 weeks after the order so your grace period is already expired by the time your order arrives. This can't be legal.
