Excellent product

I'm not sure what problems people are having unless it is user error or failure to understand what to do. I bought mine at Radio Shack, brought it home, plugged it in to a "powered USB Port" and it set up flawlessly. I plugged in an old Sony desk phone I had and proceeded to make calls. The call quality was perfect! No dropped calls, static or any type of interference. I have spent hours on the phone with problems whatsoever. It has already saved me a fortune, as I was constantly going over on my cell phone plan. Last month alone was $40. MJ paid for itself already.
