Your service stinks

Your service stinks. It really does. Your employees can't spell and won't even take the time out to correct this matter when the customer points it out to them. I have shopped in your stores the past year of 2008. Today 1-7-09 was my last day. The experience in the check out lanes alone are a horror. Last summer my husband and i were visiting his mother in tennessee and we stopped at one of your stores down there. It delayed us at least 30 minutes and 15 of those were trying to check out when there were only three people in the lane. Today i was in your columbia, il store. I was trying to do something in the photo department and informed it could not be done by some really rude, really completely disheveled employee named lisa the manager of the photo department. The other gal whose name i did not get just misspelled the customer's name in front of me and when she went to great lengths to point this out the employee didn't really seem to go to any lengths to correct it. She simply informed her ok. I used to enjoy shopping in your stores a few years ago. You no longer carry any interesting stuff in your stores to get me to walk into your store doors, your employees can't even spell and are truly rude, and the horrors in the check out lane. I realize i am just one customer but there were only a few other customers in the store. Perhaps if someone in management were aware of these situations something may be done before you loose other dissatisfied customers for good, but then again perhaps not. This will be your loss and no ones gain.
