Unexpected $385 Final Bill for Quitting DVR Contract Early

I too was informed when I quit Direct TV that my account was clean and I would owe nothing. I had a shock when I got a final bill for $385.00 because they said I had quit the DVR contract too soon. I never heard anything about a contract!

Believe me, do not sign anything with D/TV. They are very bad to deal with.
