Taxact endeavor card holding my tax return & to receive my card extorting me for expedited delivery

My name is Stephanie Wilson i am writing this report to say that BANCORP BANK is scamming me out of my money, i had my income tax directly deposited to my taxact endeavor card, never got card cant get customer service on the line, they dont answer, they hang up are rude then the only option they gave me was for guaranteed delivery and that was an additional charge which was $50 dollars to my account with money that i have nver touched i need help customer dispute dont pick up and neither customer service i do not want to pay all the extra fees because its not my bad business practice that created such an aggregious situation whta are my options my money was deposited by the irs on feb 1st and i have not gotten my money (card) yet what are my options?
