Trespassing and Interrupted Computer Service

Verizon subcontractor entered my property without permission and spray painted my lawn. I do NOT have Verizon service yet the reason given was to install their new FIOS network, which I have no intention of getting because they ripped me off on internet services when I was a customer previously... I now use COX for phone/internet and plan to stay with them. Additionally, we have now been having intermittent service problems on the internet as they continue to tamper with cabling and other plant account on the property that to my knowledge, they do not own or have unilateral easement access rights.
