I have been trying to get a $8.95 refund due to the fact that the company back ordered 1 item, so I called and canceled that order and now the company is ignoring my e-mails. I have been trying to get in touch for 1 month now to see what the status is of the refund. This process actually started back in February when I canceled the order. So any one dealing with this company BEWARE
