Consumers Beware Biggest ripoff I Have Ever Encountered Bannockburn

Lakeside Collection, should have their doors closed for ever.

You can not contact them by phone, for the phone seems to be off the hook busy signal busy signal, only E Mail back and forth.

Items that are on backorder yes they let you cancel eventually, but then they change their minds and put as being shipped

, try to find out when something is going to be shipped, no way to find that out.

I did get lucky enough to get the Customer Service aggravated enough to finally call me, I asked her about the items being listed as being shipped as to when, she said that she has no idea

I did get in touch with my bank explaining to them what this company is all about and I was given the advice to close my credit card account, of which I did.

I had to do this because when I checked my order the items that I canceled were now being invoiced for delivary.

I know legally that they are not allowed to charge anything to your credit card till the item/items are really on their way to the consumer.

Lakeside Collection does not do things that way at all.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, did not do me any good.

They did send me an E Mail right after I ordered an item to say that it was canceled for they were not selling it any longer, yet it the amount is still on hold on my credit card account

No they do not make any credits back to your credit card towards items canceled and the shipment.

This company I feel is hurting allot of consumers, in these tough economic times that we are having Lakeside collection is sure taking advantage of all

I have researched this company, only reading perhaps one satisfied review from a consumer everything else all dissatisfied.

Yes this company is truthfully nothing but a Rip Off and I wish someone some where would do something about it.

Isn't there anyone out there that can do something about Lakeside Collection and their horrific business manners.
