Us bank 5 star service. Servicing themselves - mortgage fraud

Us bank took a zillion dollars of our tax money and used it to buy my old bank pomona first federal. Two months later they inform me that they cant find my insurance info and that my escrow account is empty they cant tell me why and dont care to find out because there just going to charge me an extra 236.00 a month thats right almost 3 grand a year. I call customer no service and there reply is.

The computer info was tranfered in the wrong format
find the information and get back with us
and a few other things that didnt make sence either

I want a clear reasonable answers in writing that i can show to a lawer
