Escrow Account Shows Empty and Payment Raised $236 After Takeover

US Bank took a zillion dollars of our tax money and used it to buy my old bank Pomona First Federal. Two months later they inform me that they can't find my insurance info and that my escrow account is empty they can't tell me why and don't care to find out because there just going to charge me an extra 236.00 a month thats right almost 3 grand a year. I call customer no service and there reply is.

The computer info was transferred in the wrong format
find the information and get back with us
and a few other things that didn't make sense either

I want a clear reasonable answers in writing that I can show to a lawyer
