Employeer decided to cut my hours and pay while entering slow season, employer explained that this was due to poor perfromance and that additional training would be needed. I accepted the offer to continue with about a 25% pay cut because i was promised at least 20 hours and additional hand-ons training. Employeer also made me leave work truck in at shop. After several weeks of few hours and absolutly no traininng I asked owner why i wasent recieving any training, he replied it didnt fit into his schedule. Employer expected me to be on-call 24? 7 while i had no company vehicle. It is standard in the industry to only be on call if you have a work vehicle. Owner also told me due to the fact that he believed i needed more training i would go on fewer calls and take on less responsibility. I actually had more responsibility and did just as many calls even though my boss said i could not be trusted on calls. Owner is very forgetting and unorganized. Veryy narrowmind "company". Horrible place to work. I hav almost 5 years experience in the field and have never seen a company like this. After i found and secured a new job i figured the proper thing to do would be to leave a 2-weeks notice. Well after giving my boos my two weeks notice i recieved 10 hours the next weekn and then was told to turn in my uniforms and i would be let go a whole week before the time my two weeks stated. Very shaddy owner. After i returned my uniforms the owner then went on to further accuse me of stealing company tools from the truck.

Stay away from this comapny. Prices are redilicious. They charge 89 dollars to come out and then an additional 38 dollars for every 15 mins of work, the price of parts is also ridilicious. Expect to pay about 100-150% more than the actualy price of the part. What a sham.
