LDL Trucking (Lee Richmond) Leased To Taylor Propane Gas Crooked Lease Owner Operator working for Taylor Propane Gas

Upon receipt of a referral by an old employer I began speaking with LDL Trucking lease/owner operator an employee of Taylor Propane Gas. He informed me that he was looking for a driver and one of my old employers had referred me. He told me he needed me to help him in the oilfield because he was unable to get the work done alone. He said he was trying to secure all the work for himself in the area. I was suppose to be paid by the load and the agreed terms were $55 per load until January when I would begin to be paid by salary the amount of $4390 per mo. He said me taking on a salary at that specified time would help his company out so he could buy another truck. Also a $500 sign on bonus was promised upon employment with LDL Trucking. I left my then current job and went to work for him. At that time no mention of deductions from my checks were discussed. I never received a red cent during training, and he did not pay me my sign on bonus of $500. He did however give me $100 dollars after about 1 week of working for him. Supposedly to pay for gas. I was not suppose to work alone until after training was verified to be complete;nevertheless, I did work countless hours at his demand. He demanded falsification of DOT (Department of Transportation) documents so he could make more money. Constantly forcing me to drive out of hours. Also not being payed for training was not agreed to yet I loaded and delivered countless loads prior to his telling me that I would not be paid for them because I was not signed off on training yet. He lied about my pay and changed the rates of my pay despite previous agreement to pay $55 per load prior to hiring me. He continued to lie about, and manipulated the fuel program of Taylor Propane Gas for personal gain. He demanded that bad oil be loaded despite the companies policies because if the load was not picked up he wasn't making any money. Upon leaving this unruly employer he did not pay me for over 1 month. He also deducted various items from my paycheck without my consent or knoweledge for the sole purpose of getting back at me. Also I have been receiving harrassing text messages from him daily as a result of my decision to part ways with the fraudelent felon employer Lee Richmond who still works as a lease/owner operator for Taylor Propane Gas based out of Mesquite TX. After all was said and done He sent me a check for a month of work for the amount of $85 dollars. He is the true reason owner operators can't find employees to build companies.
