Nonworking Computer Horrors - bad hard drives

We purchased a desktop in Mar that has NEVER worked! It has been returned several times. We requested reimbursement in full.in Oct MPC agreed to completely replace the desktop. 2 months later, we have not received a replacement. Additionally, we now have a laptop, purchased in spring 2007 with a bad hard drive. We have spent many hours dealing with MPC - wasted hours with zero satisfaction! We want our money back.
