Ripoff deceptive company north Sioux City

I got my computer in aug when I frirst received my computer it was missing the power sulpply wire which they said they would send out like yeah 6 weeks later

Thank god I got one at a gateway store in monroeville pa, than to top it off not even a month later starting having all kinda problems so thats when they started reformatting, about 5 times nothing was working so they decided to replace my desk top, but I had ask for a whole new system which I was denied.

Ok got the replacement desk top than no more than a month later the hard drive had to be replaced in that one after is was reformatted 10 times a gateway on site tech came out to replace it told them it was no good but it did no good.

Well all said and done not long after the hard drive was replaced once more well to make a long story short now mind you I had this computer 2 yrs in aug this year this is what all was replaced on it.
Desktop 1
hard drive 4 times
keyboard 2
printer 3 times
speakers 3 times
mouse twice
power plug once
mother board for modem problems once so far which was not long ago,

The only thing that has not been replaced yet is the monitor knock on wood!

Now the hard drive is being replaced today, I have all my replacement parts from gateway and I wrote down alot of info. I am gonna try to take this further but not sure how yet I am homebound so that is a problem to thank you and hope you can help?
