Asc setting up consumers to default

ASC loan Modification agreement was not a modification: increased my note $400.00 and made my rate 8.25 fixed. When the agreement arrived it was dated on November, I got the noticed in December and was told I had 5days to return the agreement. The agreement was 30 days late and they wanted me to sign and send them $6000.00 in 5days. I was not allowed to talk with the investigator or have an say in the process each time I called a Rep, They claimed they could only send E-mails, because they don't have thier office numbers, WHO IN THE WORLD DONT HAVE THE CONTACT# of there people? ASC is a JOKE!!! They didnot get what they wanted and I talked with so many people that I HATE dealing with them again, They told me to return all of my information, which will start this HELL all over again.By the way I'm $40,000 in the rears, I think they think they can wear me down, BUT HELL NO!!!
