Ripoff dishonest sleazy thieves

The rooms are small and there are no lampshades. You are givin a lengthy rulebook which if it were enforced it might not be to bad. All the drains in the rooms have been blocked for days at a time. The fridge is very loud buzzes all night. My biggest complaint is I signed an agreement to get a monthly rate and in fact recieved a room agreement indicating I was on a monthly rate. I moved in on the 8th of november I was contacted by
the manager December 6th and was advised my rent was due immediatly and that I was going to to be charged a late fee if I did not pay him before 12.01pm, The time was currently 11.50am

I told him my rent was not due until december 8th. I was told that intown suites definition of monthly rate means 28 days I then asked him to find where in the room agreement 28 days is mentioned. IT IS NOT! I was told that if i wanted to stay longer I would be charged a late fee. I reluctently paid the fees and tried to contact their corporate office to complain, all you get is an answering machine, no-one returns your call. These swindlers dont tell you monthly means 28 days when you sign your room agreement and then they wait until 10 minutes before 12.01pm to tell you so you dont have enough time to go to the bank, 28 days later so you can be accessed the late fees.
