Unauthorized charges

They twice made unauthorized charges to my bank account and after calling them told me that I had agreed to something when I used Intelius to search for a name and address for work. I had to speak to a manager who told me she would only refund me for one of the charges. She told me I had agreed to something... Some special offer, I told her that if i did it was not to my knowledge and that I wanted all charges taken away. If this is a company who strives for protection of your identity I think they should rethink their mission statement because I felt today that they had stolen some of my identity. We'll see if the charges are refunded within 3-5 business days. Sure!

Once again I hope somehow someone can stop them from doing this to others because they are. Just search their phone number... 888-840-6301... And see all the other people that they have taken money from that was unauthorized. Thank you!
