Unauthorized charges to my bank account

I have unauthorized charges from Ap924protectplus and AP9pmidenitiy.com on my bank account I never registered for these companies nor did authorize these charges. I have been charged $19.95 two times a month since 3-08
I filed a complaint with my bank and they say they have to investigate the dispute, and that they can not stop payment on anything untill it is investigated.
When I try to get any information to contact these companies there is nothing to find about them, I have been trying for several weeks, I think thet got my information from either Vista print or intellus. I have used both of those websites since the year has started.
