Tuscany Village as a community is a JOKE! I did not realize how unorganized, unsafe, waste our money and how crazy the HOA (Home Owner Association) is ran. People are breaking into homes, they are telling us to carry guns... We have on site security; which I still don't know why we have them. Our fees keep on going up, but the community keeps getting worst. The think that is heart breaking no one is doing anything about! The landscaping is just offal (KHLandscaping), they don't maintain it properly.
