Grant Master Stolen Money From My Bank Account

I ordered the Grant Master CD for $2.95 in hopes of getting funds for school. I started getting $39.95 debit withdraws from my checking account.
I immediately called the 800 number, I was told that when I purchased the CD, that I was agreeing to have these monthly charges taken out of my checking account. When I disputed this fact and told the supervisor that I did not in any way shape or form authorize these charges, he would not let me finish my sentence, he kept talking over me repeating that I had used the web site and that I agreed to these charges. I insisted on a refund and told him to make no further withdraws,
He denied me the refund!!! First thing tomorrow morning I am changing my account numbers and reporting this to my bank. All I can say is GO KARMA!!!
