Grant Master CD with shipping charges only then charged $39.95

I ordered a Grant Master CD and before I rec'd it, the had charged my account with and unauthorized charge of $39.95. I tried to get to website and of course there was nothing there until after you gave your info for a CD. I am furious. I tried to call the 800 number and they said their system was down and they would not be able to look up any information. I then emailed them @ ryanr@wskc.org and am awaiting reply. I found this info from another complaint. Will keep you undated
