SCAM - Takes your money, wont repare hot tu

We moved into a home where there was a hot tub installed. Being brand new home owners, we went right over to the company and asked them what needed to purchase. The first thing we notices was they sold us all of the wrong chemicals. They also told us to change the name of the warrante from the previous home owner to our names.

Soon as we had a problem with our hot tub we called the company and explanined what what going on, they stated they would send someone out with in a couple of days but there would be a 60 dollar deduction. We agreed and payed by credit card.

The gentleman came out and blamed the non functioning hot tub on the circuit breaker. We called an electriction who came out and stated there was nothing wrong with circuit breaker. We had him look at the hot tub and he expressed that the "blower" was broken causing the circuit to trip.

We contacted SUNDANCE HOT TUB back and they said that since we are not the original purchacer of the hot tub that it is no longer covered under warantee. We explaned to them that we paid the 60 dollar deduction and they came out and blamed it on something else, and did not fix the problem. They said there was nothing they could do, unless we wanted to pay an additional 150$ to have some one come out and then how ever much it would be for the part and the labor. (The hot tub has a 5 year warantee, and it is only 2 years old). I asked for an manager / supervisor to call me and to this day I am still waiting.

I would never recommend this company to anyone that is looking to buy a hot tub. Poor quality, BAD customer service.
