After having difficulty placing an online order, I called the 800# for Circuit City and repeated my problem and the item description that I wanted to purchase over and over. Obviously, English was not the language of choice for my Circuit City customer service rep. She asked for my phone# and promised to call with a resolution to the problem. I waited all day, no call. My item sold out in the meantime.
