The just raised my interest rate too... And I have been with them forever and never late once. I called to have it lowered and they did, but the rate changes monthly. I asked for the president/CEO of the company and they told me to write to the customer service address... Yeah, I'm sure he's sitting in a cubicle with everyone else. It used to be Kendall Stork was the CEO but now I am not sure if he is still there. Does anyone have his name and address? They also increase my credit line without my permission many times. Even when I ask them to lower it, they don't.
