Autoshipments Customer Service Nightmare Fraudelent credit card charges, horrible customer service, bad experience all around

My wife ordered the Magic Bullet in July specifying to the phone representative she did not want to spend more than $140.00. We received the product and initiallty it seemed like a fair product. Then we started receiving "autoshipments" of fat burning solutions which we promptly returned. We called on three seperate ocasions to cancel these "autoshipments" costing more than $67 each. Received certificate of mailings from the post office to keep for our records. Each time we have called and explained the above we have been treated in a less than decent manner repeatedly being placed on hold for extended periods of time and being read the same script telling us they could not refund our money and there was nothing to be done.

After realizing the way in which this company conducts their business, in a fraudulent, anti-consumer way we asked to speak to a supervisor, then a manager, and were advised by a manager he was the highest officer in his company who stated he did not know the name of the president of the company, inisting we were at fault, and reading the same script we have heard time and again, telling me he had "no record" of previous calls and that I must have him confused with another company that I tried to get credit from in a condescending manner. Advise, contact your credit card company if you find yourself in a similar situation, contact state and federal regulatory agencies and demand a refund. Do not do business with these guys.
