My wife went and closed out our account on that Tuesday, when she asked if anymore was needed the lady told her it was good, for 2 months we recieved NO STATEMENT the last day of December we get a bill for 185 dollars 2 checks that were just 13 dollars no decent explantation just it was our fault we have everywhere and nobody can help I'd pay the 13 dollars back i don't think it's fair when we have gotten nowhere
