Ripoff ripoff swindlers fraudulent ripoff business mistreated and ripped off Internet

I had been checking around on internet for a provider. I decided at the time netzero had the cheapest monthly rate. I filled out their on-line application. All important info. Needed to began the $9.95 service.., soc. No. And of course credit card no. However. At the end of completing the app. A message came back saying my credit card declined the transaction. At that time i tried another card. Needless to say the same thing occured. My problem now is i'm using another internet provider. Which i wanted... But i'm also getting charged by netzero. To my credit card.., the scumbags have been billing my credit card without my approval
