Car towed away by mistake

At 09/01/08 my car was towed away by mistake from luna park shopping mall plaza at 12:57 pm without any consensual tow. My car parked in front of neptune deli grocery store 1204 neptune ave. Brooklyn ny 11224. I stayed on this plaza from 12;00pm till 6;10 pm. I can proof it by receips from grossery store and otb. I played almost all dayin otb (off track beating) since 12;10 pm till 6;00pm my car should not be towed away becouse i was present, it is absolutly ligal to park there for customersthey charged my credit card $216.74. I did not have any possible way to discused that it was a misstake
