Attempted domain name hijacking using false credentials at ebay and paypal

This character successfully manipulated both eBay (was approved for an eBay store (Pro Stores) and PayPal (which initially accepted his payment for my VERY IMPORTANT domain name)!

While waiting for his payment to arrive in my PayPal account from his "Buy Now" purchase through eBay, a message arrived reading:

Payment Received
Ship Now

So I did just that using an "electronic delivery" method which is instantaneous! Within moments, I received a second message:

Investigation
Case #...

Now this crook has my domain and I am going to have to fight to get it back!
