Wrote bad checks to me and 2 others knowing the acct was empty

I worked for this con artist for one month. I quit when I discovered the checks he wrote to me and 2 others towards our backpay all bounced. He knew the acct was empty yet wrote me 3 checks totaling 900 dollars a 500 dollar check to one co worker and a 300 dollar check to the other. Grand total 1,700.00 dollars That has to be a felony or two right? I found out he has many charges of nsf checks on his record.
His Company is a shoebox and the industrial items he has for sale on his website may not belong to him so be warned. This guy has got to be stopped I am now facing possible fraud charges that since I spoke with the dept of labor and industries hopefully will get dropped and stuck on him.
Bottom line Brad Nelson, Pro invest global purchasing solutions ferndale recomp incinerator. Keep your gaurd up. Ferndale recomp is a respectable company, That is not associated with this con-artist
