ProInvest - Eye-watch - Global Purchacing Solutions Broke contract, Took and Sold products not his, Miss representation, FAILED TO PAY, Ferndale, Seattle

Brad Nelson Has a history of Default, and Miss Representation. He received goods under contract from my company, and sold them, Defaulted on payment.

When attempted to sue his company Eye-Watch, he folded it, under double vested corporation, The parent company (Pro Invest) and Brad remain untouchable.

These are and have been illegal companies, in my opinion. This is based on the Fact that there is no board of directors, no meetings, and no separation between 'company funds' and Brads wallet.

He has a sweet talk, and always says what you want to hear, but has no follow through; HE IS NOT TO BE BELIEVED! My services and company are out approximately 10K... No joke, have signed papers and contracts to prove this, but they are useless.

He engaged in Drugs while on the jobsite, viewed via his own security tapes by the Bellingham police in conjunction with a Rape accusation in 2004. I suspect that because the evidence was acquired for another accusation that he could not be prosecuted for this additional crime. I have not seen the tape, but was asked to provide the recording for the police. This Villan belongs in Jail.

Myself and my company (which will remain nameless) still have documents from our transactions with Brad Nelson (signed and dated). I am contactable via my email, and would be happy to help in prosecuting this man for Fraud, Theft, and Slander. (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
