Unauthorized charge

I called and talked to a customer service rep.By the name of Anton. I was told my money, $29.95 another fee of $1.17 would be returned to my account. NOW my account has been charged a fee of $128.00, which now has me overdrawn $159.00. I ordered a sample of acai Berry. I also called and immediately canceled my order. I talked to a lady by the name of Lynn. She assured me my order was canceled, and I would NOT be charged ANYTHING else. She gave me a conformation # of 2057630. I want my money back, NOW!!!

The customer service rep. From Fit Factory gave me a conformation # of RAB 10123106 to return my $29.95, and another conformation # of RAB 10123107.
