Charged for phone the representative said was being sent Free Sprint refused to adjust or credit account for Return

Sprint Representative offered free phones when I called to cancel my account because of a previous error. I didn't receive a bill until after the 30day period for return had expired. Sprint now claims phone were not offered free refused to credit account or allow me to return the phones sent under false pretense for credit to my account.
