Free phones entrapment ripoff

SPRINT PCS monthly plan SCAM. I had an account with Sprint under a partner's name. We had 2 main lines and fell for the FREE PHONE SCAM I ended up putting the 2 main lines under my Name and trying to cancel the FREE phones. We keep the FREE phones on the other account until we could pay the $200 cancel fee. Several months later my partner gave me the phone bill for the FREE phones and it was $350.

I called Sprint and told them the Sprint store put me in the wrong Monthly Plan. I asked them to remove the charges and that I wanted cancel. The said they would NOT remove the charges because it was my responsibly to notify them within 60 days of any mistake.in addition, they are charging me an additional $200 because the new plan was for a 2 year period. How the HELL does that work?

I tried several times to contact them but was disconnected several times or hung up on before I could reach an operator / STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT. They don't care about their CUSTOMERS at ALL! Entrapment is the term for this type of conduct! ALSO, THE PEOPLE AT THE W. Sahara office are rude and should not be interacting with other.
