Misleading & false advertizing

I was looking to buy the Edenpure heater that Paul Harvey advertizes. As I live on limited disabilty income, & gas being so high wanted to try elec. As P.H. Says. 80cents day. This company popped up advertizing exact same pitcure with exact specifacations only 100.00 cheaper. Since that time I've heard andread there are infared heaters that DO NOT work as well as the Endepure heaters. Repliaca's are BOGUS and misleading. I had saved for 3mos. To buy an infared so unknowingly at the time I needed to save the other 100.00. They advertize the heater heats up to 1000 sq. Ft. And cuts heating ex. 50% also had the endenpure heater side by side as no difference in comparison to the Edenpure from what I've experinced after running the heater for a full 24 hrs in 300 sq. Ft of space never did warm the less than half the space advertized. I still walked around all bundled up. When I called them they refused a refund said they would replace if defective, I explained not defective just wouldn't heat 300 must less 1000 sq. Ft. This was misleading. I'm trying to heat my bedroom and den, not my whole house. Paula said if I return the heater to them they would only refuse it. I ordered this based soley on the advertizement and the heater probally wouldn't even heat my 6x6 bathroom as it blows heat that isn't even lukewarm to the feel. I've been BAMBEZZELD and DUPPED by FALSE deception and it's not fair buisness trade. I really would like for others to know as well so they don't get ripped for 300.00.. I'm not able to work and living off my 800.00 month these days is very hard. And people like this should be stopped. I appreciate your time and direction as to where to get the proper channels to handle my situation. Thanks in advance Charlene Dempsey
