Debit Card Charged $1600 for NFL Tickets I Never Bought

Wow, last night Ticketmaster charged my debit card $1600.00, and I have never bought anything from them. They say they verified all my info before they did the transaction, which is impossible because I did not do business with them!!!
They say that the purchase is for NFL tickets that could be printed directly by the purchaser. They will not help me, and they refused to give me the number for their fraud department. I have cancelled my card and filed a report with the bank and the police department.
Anyone else have this problem?
