Springsteen Phone Order Rerouted, Charged $428.00 for Tickets

As everybody knows by now, Ticketmaster used deceptive practices when people attempted to purchase Bruce Springsteen tickets over the phone. They re-routed ticket requests to Ticket Now, adding service charges up to 50% over face value of the tickets (my tickets were $65.00 for 4, and Ticket Now charged me $428.00). Unbelievable.

Ticketmaster's CEO issued an apology, saying they won't do it again. Right!!! I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Governor. Ticketmaster is ripping people off with their regular outrageous service charges, and now this. Hopefully more people will complain about this!!
