Magazine ripoff

Approached by a college student selling magazines to fund a school trip. Appeared genuine. Bought a garden design magazine for my mother's 83 year old birthday in September. She continues to ask when the magazine is coming. Have been so busy I just forgot to check. After cleaning out paperwork for the new year, came across the receipt. Went on line to get a phone number and came to ripoff. I am saddened by the deception.
