Dunbar hiring manager very stereotypical

The man that interviewed me pushed attention away from himself when he interviewed another man and I. We both had our Permit to Carry Pistol, the other guy had armored car guard experience. I had regular security officer experience. We were seated in a room and the guy gave us a psychological test and said "I will give your test to our branch manager and if he likes what he see's then he will go on a test drive of the vehicle with you." I personally think he is the branch manager and doesn't want people to know that because it sounds like he turns down a lot of people. After we both answered some of his questions like do you have carry permit I saw him look at me for a few seconds because the building was cold, it was summer but the AC was on so high that I was shivering a little bit with my teeth exposed a little bit and he thought I must of been having a stroke or something was wrong with me but my mouth wasn't that high open and I told him "I am cold because you have the AC on high". I know I passed the psychological exam but the guy never called me or sent me a letter saying another person was selected and when I called he was the one that picked up and he said The branch manager received your app and he doesn't want to continue and I said it's not a big deal to me, you can see on my app I had better paying jobs than that which I qualify to be rehired for.

A few months later I interviewed for Garda and they do the same business but this guy was a much better guy and he was thorough about everything including risks involved and all. And this time I didn't shiver because I had a jacket on in winter.
