Ignored cancellation of agreement made same day as order placed. No merchandise received

Advert looked promising, placed order 1.95 postage. As I suddenly found myself not being in the USA I cancelled - via email - the package. No goods were ever sent to my PO Box in Colorado - This action seems to comply with the conditions of sale!
Completed all their forms yet they still take money through my credit card, a second copy sent today with yet another copy of their cancellation form.
I have no doubt now from reading the reports on this site that this company is acting illegally and would hope that the federal authorities will close them down and institute legal procedings on the evidence of this site.
Whilst we might seem a little foolish, the site in question appears to offer earning opportunities and I do not mean for the company mentioned.
Perhaps the IRS and others could take action
