Microsoft cash rip off

I recieved an email from microsoft cash. I tried to call the number provided on my bank statement and the recording said to notify them via email. I have sent 3 emails to the address provided and have yet to hear from them.

I goggled opportunity knaux and was I shocked to see other people have been scammed too. I called our bank, and they are now fixing the problem so they don't get anymore of my money.
