My name is JosalynFuller and over a coure of several months I have been trying to obtain a job at this cato store in Deridder I`ve filled out 3 application and turned in 4 resumes to this bussiness for the postion of assitant manager and a sales associate I came in and took the servey and signed off for my background check I was told that I would have to wait until my backgroung check came back and that it might take sometime because of the holidays. I called back and did a few walk in at this store everyother day for 2weeks and I was told that either they could'nt find my information or my background check was'nt back so I waited a couple of more days before I called back and spoke with Bonnie (she is the new manager for this store I was told that the store was getting a whole new staff) and was told that there cato store was no longer hiring at this time and I have a problem with this because I had already been informed that I had the job for assitant manager and when my backgroundcheck came back I would be called for my second interview ant at that time I would start work I think that this is discrimanation and I would like to get to the bottom of this situation I dont feel as though it is fair to me who has put in several attemps to work for this coopertion I hope that we can get this settled I am a understanding person who hopes that this complaint does'nt be overlooked I've already called and left a complaint by phone and I have yet received a phone call from anyone so I hope that this attemp dont be overlooked I can be reached at my email address JosalynFuller@yahoo.com and you can reach me by phone@337 (202-1650) or (460-7955) and cell337 (396-1346).
