Shopper's World They sent me a check to go shopping on and to send a money gram

I was sent a check for $3405.00 and had instructions to call or email them for for a reference number on the receipt, I would be given at the money gram store and that I could earn $350.00. This not the first letter that I have received from Canada and the checks are always from the chase banks. I contacted the first company and they told me that it was a scam and that they were not part of it. So be aware of this scams. I contacted my sheriff's office and he told me not to cash the check and to destroy it, which he did for me.
