"Upon Availability of funds", the letter instructs to 1) keep $200 as 1st week's pay, 2) use $3,600 for Money-Gram evaluation, 3) use $100 for Money-Gram fee, 4) use $92 to spend on retail shopping evaluation.
It was mailed from Canada and had no return address.
