Employees are forced to sell connections & try to push it on customers Rip-off

I am forced to make customers agree to accepting this program free for 30 days, bribing them with a $20 mail in rebate from our company. As a good employee I feel threatened by connections. It is mandatory to offer this to people I talk to on almost every phone call. People call back saying they have not received their rebate and have been charged monthly charges already.

I am getting to where i really dread making that offer, knowing these poor people are getting tricked and are being lied to. Please help the employess at Lillian Vernon be set free from Connections!!
