Consumer fraud ripoff unknown charges just appeared on my checkcard

While recently looking at the charges on my Wachovia (formerly First Union) checkcard I noticed a charge for $139.95. I did not authorize any company to charge me this amount. I do not even think I have made any purchases on my checkcard that have been over $50 in the past month... Maybe longer!

According to my bank records the charge appeared on my account on Feb. 10. The description shows 2/07 and I presume that is when the charge was submitted.

The description on my bank records is "PURCHASE MWI*GALLERIA USA 02/07".

Now that I am aware of this charge I will be contacting my bank to have the charges removed.
