We worked for them painting the CVS store in Fargo, ND over 60 days ago and have not been paid nor do they return calls

I have not been paid for work done at the CVS store in Fargo North Dakota and it has been over 60 days and they don't return calls and we were to be paid in 30 days. All paper work was faxed to them and mailed a number of times now so they don't have any excuses anymore. We want our money now!
