Harassment ripoff

I had a loan with wells fargo for almost a year and could not take the constant harassment as they were calling me at my job two or three times a day and also calling my house four to five times a day. I would get bills with the incorrect amount that I owed and would call to get the bill straightened out and end up talking to four different people that acted like they didn't know what was going on.

One day I was at work and my boss was complaining to me about the constant phone calls I was receiving there from Wells Fargo when one of the reps called.

He went by the name of Reg. When I asked him to please not call my work again he then got rude with me and told me that I should pay my bill. This Reg also insulted my intelligence and after I asked for his full name and rep number he hung up on me.

I called two days later and the lady told me that she could not tell me who this guy was or which branch he worked for.

This was a constant problem. Reg ended up calling twice more at my home and my husband told him not to call anymore.

I would love to talk to someone about this and see if I had a case against these people.
