Signature did not match

At 12:07 pm i went to associated supermarkets on pennsylvania ave my daugther recived wic program for my granddaugther which i am the proxy signature on the identification card the cashier by the name of patsy said my signature do not match so i show my driver license and my american express gold card a young girl came toward the cashiers and look at my signature with my drvier license said i do not care i will not take it and give back to the wic program it was not the fact that she would not take the wic coupon that they sign already but the way she carry on in front of other customer when i ask to see a manager i did ask one the cashier who send a box boy which he though it was a joke and the cashiers as well her attitude toward the hold thing i work for a company by the name of port authority which customer service is very important i think that she the so call manager needed to understand good customer relationship is important to the customer as well as cashiers that she is supervise this may be a petty complaint to you but is so important to me as a person with integrity thank you so much for hearing my complaint it mean a lot P.S. I am not looking for a law suit just for the corporate office to no who they have working in their associated on pennsylvania ave in brooklyn
