Brockport Cashiers Chat With Each Other Instead of Serving Customers

The cashiers in Brockport, some of them are so rude. You get in line, and they barely acknowledge you, and they talk to each other socializing instead of working (can't they do it when customers are not in line, or on break or after work) there is one cashier there who talks and talks to the next cashier over, doesn't care how rude she is being, I told her to her face how rude she was and she talked back to me, saying it was early in the morning and she didn't want to get into it and tried to hurry me away. I told the manager. This doesn't do any good, they still do it. One girl was not at her station, visiting with a person she knew talking and talking even though she saw me and I was just standing there, are you done yet? Where is the professionalism, courtesy and doing your job, I hardly find it there. If I didn't dislike the self check outs so much, I would go there to avoid this rudeness. When you wait on a customer, you don't have coffee klatch and talk about your life, you give your attention to the customer. If the groceries weren't so cheap, I would not shop there anymore. And I have had other people I know say the same thing about this store, it is not just me!
